Take a look at the list of mods listed below, if you want to proceed, DM us on twitter!
This mod eliminates misinputs that occur in healthy controllers where you input your stick in one direction, and as the stick rebounds it causes your input to be in the opposite direction. This does not require a reset when plugged in and the capacitance can be changed as your controller condition changes. We replace your potentiometers (if needed) for free.
The Heartbeat module is essentially a snapback capacitor, however this module also has resistors. The resistors help make your potentiometers last longer and perform steadily even when they are degrading. We replace your potentiometers (if needed) for free.
This is a product made by another modder in the community. This spring is designed to give a better trigger feel, it is slightly softer and you don't get the horrid crunchy spring noises.
Bye rumble - Can be left in or removed completely to make controller lighter.
This reduces the distance needed to press down your trigger. In Melee, long plugs give you hard shield only, you can light shield with short plugs. Long Plugs do not work in ultimate, but short ones do!
This modification switches to only a digital input instead of both analog and digital inputs. With this you do not have to worry about trigger pode effecting your inputs. However you cannot light shield in Melee. This modification is the only way to use long plugs in ultimate.
6ft or 9ft, we can add a custom cable of any color you can think of to your controller! This makes your cord more manageable and less tangled.
Clicky - like pressing a power button on your PC.
Replaces OEM Z switch with a clickier tactile switch
Its really clicky (like your mouse)
Clicky face buttons, also like your mouse. This modification replaces the rubber pad.
Remap any of your buttons! (Most commonly used for putting jump on Z)
Just like a normal remap, but in your controller there will be a small switch that you can flip that will revert it to the original button programing.
This is a combination of digital triggers and a mechanical keyboard switch. *CliCk cLaCK*
If you can't seem to remove yourself from the primitive rumble that numbs your hands, you can pretend like it's the 2000s and get your controller feeling like your old flip phone. It's Lighter!
The stick box on your controller has a little spring inside of it that makes it tight. We would replace your spring with one that replicates a "slightly" worn in stick box. The feel is in-between a new stick box and a c stick box.
This makes your sticks feel buttery and glide with ease. With the triggers, the springs will feel smoother and it likely will eliminate "crunchy" noises.
This will eliminate the amount of wobble in your stick, we have a lot of different types of stick boxes so you can explain how you like it to feel! We can also swap it to a C stick box, this feels more fluid and requires less force to move around the gate.
If you are dropping inputs / noticing you are walking when trying to dash, you likely have pode and need new potentiometers. There are 4 in total on your controller: 2 on the analog and two on the c stick.
(Included in both No Reset Snapback Module and Heartbeat Module)
If your buttons don't give a good "click" when you press them, its not your buttons. Pads wear down and often need to be replaced (mashers I'm talking to you).
If pressing down your trigger feels very crunchy (old controller) or after you wavedash / L cancel and your trigger input lags (usually resulting in lightshields) , it's likely you have trigger pode. This one can be semi difficult to diagnose and isn't always the answer, but it's a great start to getting to the problem!
If you have a broken / ripped cord you can get an OEM replacement. You will receive the same plug cover you had on your previous cord.
If yours is broken, we can give you a new one!
Just like a GameCube controller, a healthy Pro controller will have snapback (Description under No reset Snapback Module). We install a single capacitor on one or both axis. Over time this module will need to be removed as it is not a permanent fix, your potentiometers will continue to degrade. This fix works best on newer pro controllers, if your pro controller is heavily used, you likely do not have snapback, but PODE. Unfortunately we do not have the parts to fix this issue, currently.
If your buttons don't give a good "click" when you press them, you may need a new pad. Pads wear down and often need to be replaced (mashers I'm talking to you).
If you are looking for modifications, you mail your controller to us and we install them and mail them back to you! We aim to have the controller done within 5 business days after it arrives (usually done faster).
If you are looking for repairs and are not sure what is wrong, you can send it and we'll run a diagnosis to let you know what's wrong!
All mods/repairs are reliant on part availability, times may vary.
Sender is responsible for paying for shipping BOTH ways. In the US, shipping a controller on average is 8-12 dollars each way.
