Hello all! Please read this before purchasing products, as I will refer to this for any questions on return's post purchasing.
Online Shell Orders
- We try very hard to analyze each shell and photograph it's faults so you can get a full idea of the product you are getting. Each shell listing has a disclaimer under it specifying that we DO NOT have a workshop that is separate from our home life, this results in imperfections such as micro dust, small hairs/strings, imperfect clearcoat, small fingerprints. We do not promise perfection, and that is why our prices often times are discounted from intended price.
- No partial refunds on shells for any of the above stated reasons.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the shell for listed shell price within 1 week of receiving your product, you will not be refunded for shipping costs, and return shipping must be paid by you. Refund will be processed once product returns and is evaluated for damage, (this is cross referenced with product images).
- No refunds on shells that have been "picked at". On the descriptions of shells with listings we specify that some shells have details that are raised off the surface, these are clear-coated over and will not come off unless picked off.
- No refunds on "dropped items". shells do not typically chip on their own, the clear coat used is VERY strong and often times won't even come off when sand blasted. Most chips are caused by rings, spiking, or dropping your controller. Refunds in these cases will not be processed, it is on you to take care of your items. However, if it does happen without dropping or spiking, message us a photo on twitter so we can evaluate what happened. In some cases, determined by us at DQ, we will offer a partial refund.
Online Button Orders (sticks too)
-Each button listing contains a disclaimer about micro bubbles, impurities/dips on the bottom of buttons/sticks. We test every button/stick set in an OEM shell, these impurities do not effect the feel of the button. We do not offer perfection, but honest priced items.
- Partial refunds not available for "dislike" of impurities on buttons
- You may return these for a refund of the listed price but shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is on the buyer.
- Sometimes buttons do not fit well in painted shells, there could be paint on the inside of the button housing in the shell, or the paint could add a height that makes the buttons feel too "short". This takes a lot of trial and error, we don't mind offering a refund but we much rather help you get them working properly! We can give you a few solutions to try out. If you can not get it work and want us to try, ship it to us and we'll get them to work for you and ship them back! (You pay for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping back to you).
- If you buy buttons and a shell from us we will test the buttons in the shell to make sure they fit well together and have no issues!
- If your sticks are not working, please message us or refer to our "fix your sticks" guide, casted sticks are finnicky and have lots of ways to fix them. In the case that nothing helps we will offer an Identical colored replacement (If stock available). If Identical replacement is not available, we can offer substitutes or a refund for product.

- On full builds we offer a 6 month warranty on our internals (This does not include a free potentiometer replacement after 6 months as this is a relatively average wear time for a used controller to need a replacement).
- Covers Snapback/heartbeat module malfunction
- Cord Malfunction (Controller glitches/won't connect)
- Trigger pot stops working or is sticking
- Other electrical malfunctions can be determined through twitter DM's @QofDQ
- Pad or trigger potentiometer replacements for excessive wear will not be covered
- You may return the controller for whatever reason, and will receive a refund for the product price (barring any damage), shipping costs will not be refunded and you are in charge of paying for return shipping. You will be refunded after the controller arrives, is evaluated and play tested for any damage.
Discounted Items
- This is referring to items that have *DISCOUNTED* in their description
- All items with this in their description are non-refundable/returnable
- Sales final, please look carefully before purchasing
